veterinary authority "veterinary authority" has the meaning assigned to it under the Animal Ordinance 1953 [Ord. 17/1953];

veterinary authority "veterinary authority" means the Director General of Veterinary Services, the Deputy Director General of Veterinary Services and any State Director of Veterinary Services, any Veterinary Officer, Deputy or Assistant Veterinary Officer and includes any person appointed in writing by the Director General of Veterinary Services, the Deputy Director General of Veterinary Services and any State Director of Veterinary Services, to he a veterinary authority under section 3;
